COWORKING RULES OF USE

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The Coworking is intended for the independent professional activities of individuals and/or legal entities (Users/Customers) who are not in an employment relationship with the Contractor. All Users are required to familiarise themselves with these Rules before starting to use the space and must comply with them throughout their stay in the Coworking.

2. These Rules define the rights and obligations of all persons staying in the Coworking and are mandatory for compliance.

3. All persons staying on the territory of the Coworking are deemed to have read these Rules and agreed to comply with them.

4. The Rules are communicated by publishing them on the website https://www.natcoworking.com and/or by providing them for review at the first visit, upon conclusion of the Public Offer Agreement, etc.

2. WORKING HOURS AND VISIT RULES

2.1 For persons using the services under the conditions of a test day or a one-day pass, access to the Coworking premises is granted during the working hours set by the Administration:

  • Monday to Friday — 09:00 to 20:00;
  • Saturday and Sunday — 10:00 to 16:00.

For persons using monthly passes (Ten-Day Pass in the LOUNGE ZONE, Monthly Pass in the LOUNGE ZONE/OPEN SPACE) as provided for by the Agreement, access to the Coworking premises is available 24/7.

2.2 A user who has booked a room without ordering a Service Package has the right to stay on the premises of the Coworking only within the time and conditions specified in the booking.

2.3 When visiting the Coworking for the first time, the User must undergo registration by providing the Administrator with an identity document, from which the Administrator is entitled to make a copy.

2.4 User access to the coworking is only possible with an access card. The card is only active for the duration of the paid Service Package and is automatically blocked the day after its expiry.

2.5 Coworking users are fully responsible for their guests and their actions to the same extent as for their own. A guest's stay on the coworking premises may not exceed 3 (three) hours per day. A stay exceeding the specified time is possible only if the relevant Service Package is purchased through the Administration, except in cases where such a guest is staying in a room pre-booked by the User.

2.6 Users are required to maintain cleanliness and order on the Coworking premises, not to litter in the Coworking or the building. If cleaning staff need to be engaged to ensure cleanliness in specific places as a result of a User’s activity, the User must notify the Administrator.

2.7 When visiting the Coworking premises with a pet, the User assumes full responsibility for the animal’s welfare (including ensuring timely visits to the toilet) and must monitor its behaviour to avoid violating general rules of conduct in the Coworking and causing discomfort or interference to other Users.

2.8 Users must comply with fire safety rules, sanitary regulations, and handle property located in the Coworking and building with care.

2.9 The Contractor has the right to deny access to the Coworking and/or refuse services if a person violates these Rules. In case of violation of the Rules by any person on the Coworking premises, such person must leave the Coworking and the building at the first request of the Administrator.

3. RESTRICTIONS ESTABLISHED IN THE COWORKING

1. It is prohibited to use the provided equipment for developing computer programmes that contain viruses or other harmful software.

2. It is prohibited to install software on the Contractor’s equipment without prior written consent.

3. It is prohibited to store or distribute in any form materials that contradict public morality or are prohibited by applicable law.

4. It is prohibited to consume alcoholic and low-alcoholic beverages, smoke tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, etc. in the premises and on the territory of the Coworking, except in designated areas.

5. It is prohibited to stay on the territory of the Coworking while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

6. It is prohibited to damage third-party property, to commit physical or psychological violence against people, animals, etc.

7. It is prohibited to allow persons who are not Users of the Coworking into the premises without the knowledge of the Administration.

8. It is prohibited to transfer a personal access card to the Coworking to third parties.

9. It is prohibited to visit meeting rooms without prior booking.

10. It is prohibited to book meeting rooms for third parties who are not Coworking Users. A Guest may stay on the Coworking premises only when accompanied by the User who invited them.

11. The presence of minors on the Coworking premises is allowed only when accompanied by a legal representative, who is responsible for their behaviour and compliance with these Rules.

12. It is prohibited to create obstacles or inconveniences for others, including making noise, using obscene language, and committing any offensive actions towards other persons.

13. The Coworking address may not be used as the registered address of the User.

14. The location of the Contractor’s property and equipment may not be altered without the Contractor’s consent.

15. The Contractor may restrict the User’s right to use the Coworking premises if the User violates the rules of conduct on the premises.

2. RULES FOR THE USE OF PREMISES (ZONES) IN THE COWORKING

Common areas:

1.Computing and other equipment (furniture, etc.) located on the territory of the Coworking must be used in accordance with technical requirements and limitations.


2. Stationery and other materials, electricity, water, and other resources provided as additional services must be used sparingly and rationally.


3. In the self-service area, Users are allowed to use available dishes, coffee machine, water dispenser, tea, sweets, spices, salt, and sugar.


4. Users must maintain cleanliness and order on the Coworking premises.


5. After finishing work in the Coworking, Users must clean up after themselves and dispose of rubbish in the bin.


6. Photo and video recording in the shared areas of the Coworking is permitted with the Administrator’s consent.

Meeting room:

1.The meeting room may only be used with prior booking through the Coworking Administration or via the Nat application.


2. Booking meeting and Skype rooms for more than 4 hours per day is permitted with the prior consent of the Administration.


3. In the meeting room, it is permitted to hold meetings, conferences, and phone calls.


4. If a User does not appear in the reserved meeting room within 15 minutes without prior notice or adjustment of the booking, the Coworking Administration reserves the right to cancel such booking. Credits in the mobile application paid for such a booking are non-refundable.


5.If the meeting room was booked without ordering a Service Package, a refund for cancellation is possible only if notification is given no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, the amount paid shall not be refunded. In this case, the User shall have the right, in agreement with the Administration, to transfer their reservation to another time or date.


6. External reservations for meeting rooms shall only be made during reception working hours, except in cases previously agreed with the Administration.

Lecture hall:

1.Use of technical equipment located in the lecture hall is permitted, provided it is preserved and not removed from the premises.


2.Consumption of food and drinks in the lecture hall is prohibited.


3. Cancellation of booking with the possibility of a refund is allowed only if notice is given at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the amount paid is non-refundable. At the same time, the User has the right to reschedule the paid booking to another time or date by agreement with the Administration.


4. When booking the lecture hall, the User is granted 30 minutes prior to the event start time for free preparation of the hall.

2. USER’S PROPERTY

2.1 Lockers are available on the Coworking premises, where Users may store personal belongings. Access to the locker is provided by an individual key given only to the User for whom the locker is reserved.


2.2 The Coworking premises are under 24/7 video surveillance and security.


2.3 Each User and Visitor is responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.
